Creamy Cashew Sauce
I love this sauce because it is so versatile! You can use it as a sauce, dip or dressing!
Ingredients:
Water
1 cup of raw cashews
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
~1/8 cup of tahini
Fresh dill
3-6 garlic cloves (depending on how much you love garlic)
1 tbsp grainy mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
In the blender or food processor, add in the cashews and put in just enough water to cover them.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
You can add in more water if you want a thinner sauce and you can do even less water if you’d like a thicker consistency.
