Initial Visit

The initial visit includes a thorough health history and a look into your current health concerns. This visit includes physical exams and may involve ordering lab work.

Extended Initial Visit 

This is necessary if you have a more complex case that involves multiple health concerns.

Strategy Appointment

This is for return patients that are coming in for a full treatment plan, reviewing in-depth lab results or are ready for the next phase of treatment.

Coaching Appointment

This is for return patients that are looking for support with their nutrition or exercise program or need to make minor adjustments to their current treatment plan. These appointments are beneficial to schedule in between strategy appointments.

Momentum Calls

These are brief appointments to ensure you are on-track with your treatment plan and to answer any questions you may have. Momentum calls are great to schedule in between strategy or coaching appointments.

Prescription Refills

This is for patients that are needing a prescription refill or modification.

Brief phone call/email

This is for return patients that have questions regarding their recent appointment or need a quick response to a question or emailed question(s).

Acupuncture Appointment

For return patients only. This appointment is for an acupuncture session only.

Extended Follow-up

This appointment is for current patients that haven't been in for over 12 months or need a longer follow up to discuss a new concern, lab work, treatment etc.

Advanced Physical Therapeutics

This is for return patients and can include a variety of different physical treatments. Some treatments offered in this visit include acupuncture, cupping, contrast hydrotherapy, soft tissue massage and naturopathic spinal manipulations. This is for physical treatments only.**

Cosmetic Botulinum (‘Botox’) Treatments

Consultations are complimentary and there is no pressure to get treatment within the appointment. Price is dependent on individualized treatment and is based on dosage of product used.

Meet & Greet 15 minutes

I offer complimentary 15 minute meet & greets. This appointment is for you if you want to learn about naturopathic medicine and what it has to offer you and to give an idea of what may be involved. This is a chance for us to get to know each other a little bit, briefly discuss your case and see if we are a good fit to work together. Note: no medical advice will be given in this appointment.
